Shipping, Taxes, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping

 Omni Security Solutions (Omnioss.com) ships items out as soon as possible, although it will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing time. Since all orders are processed manually we may contact you for additional information and verification such as color confirmation or any other possible details. Your shipping address should match billing address on file with your credit card issuer. Your credit card will be charged upon checkout and recommend you save all receipts and email confirmations for any possible future transactions. Our business hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday. Any orders placed during non-operating hours, will be processed on the next business day. Customers can purchase insurance during shipping, Omni Security solutions does not take responsibility for any shipping delays, damaged or lost packages, but will be willing to assist in receiving a refund through mail carrier for any shipping concerns. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. A product that is determined to be damaged or defective must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase. Damage to the product, that is determined to be the result of misuse, abuse, accident or modification not authorized by Omni Security Solutions (Omnioss.com) or the manufacturer are exceptions to the above terms.

In rare cases we reserve the right to upgrade some products if ordered product is "Out of Stock". Omni Security Solutions would provide a suitable substitute for any product not available, substitute would be of equal or slightly higher price for newer model. Ex. A higher resolution than one ordered. We may not consult it with you. Based on our expert experience, customers are always happy to receive an upgraded product. Specifications may change without prior notice. Omni Security Solutions (Omnioss.com) has made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all product information and prices on this website and will not be held responsible for typographical errors including, but not limited to product prices and specifications. Some images are simulated, not representing actual product. Actual package does not include everything you see on picture.

To the best of our knowledge, all products advertised were available and current when added to this site, however, all these products are subject to the manufacturer's availability. Please be advised that manufacturers do change prices and discontinue products as new technology or product becomes available and we are not always made aware of these changes in time to update our website to reflect this condition.

Taxes

Omni Security Solutions LLC (Omnioss.com) does not charge Sales Tax for purchases shipped to any state other than Pennsylvania. Customers from outside of PA are solely responsible for declaring and paying any and all applicable Use Tax to their own tax jurisdiction. Please contact your local tax jurisdiction for more information. Omni Security Solutions does collect 6% Sales Tax from Pennsylvania Residents and on all orders Shipped to Pennsylvania. Additionally we collect 1% Local Sales Tax on orders shipped to Allentown PA and 2% Local Sales Tax on orders shipped to Philadelphia PA. If you or your organization is tax exempt please provide via email omniconsult@omnioss.com tax exempt certification and we will deduct or fully refund all applicable sales tax after purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. You need to contact our RMA Department via email omniconsult@omnioss.com to obtain Return Material Authorization Form and number (RMA#) If product is in good condition and no parts or packaging is missing, we will issue a credit for the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a 5% processing and shipping fee to cover merchant processing fees and shipping charges. Based on condition of the product we may additionally charge up to 25% re-stocking fee or in some cases refuse any refund. Store exchange is possible. In case of return for refund, all shipping cost is to be paid by purchaser.

After 30 days from delivery date Customer pays for return shipping. Please note, we DO NOT offer replacement in advance. Defective product needs to be shipped back to us and will be repaired or replaced in timely matter (usually no more than 5 business days). Product, than will be shipped back to customer via UPS Ground. Expedited service is available at extra cost.

Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or replacement) unless it has been previously authorized by Omni Security Solutions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. Merchandise that has been opened cannot be returned for credit. Once a product is opened, or the factory seal is broken, it is considered used. This comes directly down from the manufacturers whose products we carry, as they are unable to sell used products. For this reason, they will not accept opened products returned for credit. (opened product refers to a disassembled product or item).

Please email us at omniconsult.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Form and (RMA) number. This email should contain the following information: your order number, the model and serial number of the item that needs an RMA, and a description of the problem with the item. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be generated by the RMA department prior to the return of any product. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned intact to the sender without any further processing. Any damaged shipments must be either refused or a notation must be made on the delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of the good's arrival, as this will insure the carrier's liability in the event of delivery of damaged goods. Items must be returned within 10 business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused.

 

Warranty

Omni Security Solutions LLC (omnioss.com) warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Omni Security Solutions LLC (omnioss.com) product manufacturers’ warrants its product against defects in materials and workmanship for the period(s) and product(s) specified herein. If a defect exists, at its discretion Omni Security Solutions (Omnioss.com) will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, OR (2) replace the product with a product that is new or which is manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, OR (3) issue a store credit, at the defective product’s original purchase price or current market value whichever is lower, if the model or any suitable substitution is unavailable or discontinued. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Omni Security Company’s Property (omnioss.com) when a refund is given, your product becomes Omni Security Company’s (omnioss.com) property.

NVRs/DVRs: Unless otherwise specified carry a warranty for a period of a minimum of one year although most NVRs and DVRs depending on manufacturer carry a standard warranty of  two (2) years on standard HD-TVI and Analog Products, including the hard drives installed by the manufacturer at system configuration, from the date of original purchase

CAMERAS: Depending on Camera manufacturer all cameras carry a warranty of a minimum of one (1) year for HD-SDI, Analog, IP and PTZ cameras from the date of original purchase. Unless otherwise specified.

 ACCESSORIES: For a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified in Invoice or product; for a period of three (3) years on power supplies.

Exclusions and Limitations

Omni Security Solutions LLC is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored later by the user on the DVR, NVR, CAMERA, or ACCESSORIES. Recovery and reinstallation such programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, negligence, mishandling, misuse, abuse, or products not supplied by Omni Security Solutions (omnioss.com); (b) to damage caused by faulty installation, misconfiguration, misapplication, improper operation, alteration or any form of modification; (c) to damage caused by power surge, improper voltage supply, lightning strike, flood, earthquake, or damage that is attributable to nature disasters; (d) if the product serial number has been removed or defaced.

 IN NO CASE SHALL OMNI SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLC(OMNIOSS.COM), EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY IT RETAILED PRODUCTS, OR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST OF CONTRACTS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH OMNI SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLC (OMNIOSS.COM) RETAILED PRODUCTS, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON SUCH PRODUCT OMNI SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLC (OMNIOSS.COM)SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR MAKE A PRODUCT EXCHANGE WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR DATA. OMNI SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLC (OMNIOSS.COM) AND ITS RETAILED MANUFACTURERS DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT THE USE OF ITS PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM INTERRUPTION, ERROR, LOSS, CORRUPTION, ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION, AND OMNI SECURITY SOLUTIONS LLC (OMNIOSS.COM) DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RELATING THERETO. OMNI SECURITY SOLUTIONS (OMNIOSS.COM) AND IT RETAILED MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
